Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled SAP HCM PY (Human Capital Management - Payroll) Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in SAP HCM Payroll module, with a focus on configuring and optimizing Payroll processes. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver SAP HCM solutions that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain SAP HCM PY module to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand payroll processes and ensure accurate configuration.
• Provide expertise in the implementation and integration of SAP HCM PY solutions.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP HCM PY-related issues, providing timely support to end-users.
• Stay abreast of SAP updates and industry best practices to enhance system functionality.
• Participate in system testing, user training, and documentation of processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SAP HCM PY Consultant with hands-on configuration skills.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Certification in SAP HCM modules is highly desirable.
