Key skills:
Description
- Responsible for software design and architecture.
- Responsible of making design choices and defining technical standards.
- Responsible for the quality of the emerging software product by reviewing the architecture, software-coding standards, tools and platforms.
Tasks
- Support the global implementation of Atoss Workforce Management and responsibility for the overall IT configuration.
- Leading the global implementation of technical processes and configurations.
- Consulting and conception of solutions in Workforce Management issues in close collaboration with the process owner
- Supporting the following modules from a technical perspective: Time and attendance (Time capturing, assessment, compliance, absence), demand driven forecasting: short term & long term, staff allocation
- Supporting, testing and providing training for the solutions.
- Global operation of Workforce Management (second/third level support) and establish ongoing optimization and Application Management Services
Knowledge
- A minimum of 3-5 years practical experience in the implementation and operation of Workforce Management Systems (Time & Attendance, Personnel Resource Planning)
- Good functional and technical knowledge of Workforce Management Solutions (e.g. SAP, ATOSS, etc.) and experience in global implementation projects
- Knowledge in Atoss Workforce Management, SAP SuccessFactors as well as SAP HCM is welcome but not mandatory
- Excellent knowledge in project management and implementation.
- Good knowledge of design principles and business processes.
- Understanding and knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies
- Understanding and knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
- Understanding and knowledge of IT standards and controls

Minimum education
Diploma or master's degree in information technology, business informatics or economics or a comparable education/professional experience
Minimum experience and skills
- A minimum of 3-5 years practical experience in the implementation and operation of Workforce Management Systems (Time & Attendance, Personnel Resource Planning)
- Experience developing architecture blueprints, strategies and roadmaps
