Our media buying team is looking for an experienced Team Lead Media Buying to join our team. We specialize in digital marketing and are looking for a talented person to help us reach new heights!

Duties:

• Managing a team of media buyers: training, mentoring, motivating and managing daily operations.
• Your ability to inspire and lead your team to achieve high results will be a key success factor.
• Development and implementation of media buying strategies to achieve maximum conversion and ROI.
• Analysis of market trends and development of innovative approaches.
• Interaction with other company departments (marketing, creative, analytics, etc.) to achieve common project goals.
• Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, making adjustments to optimize results.

Requirements:

• Experience in media buying for at least 2 years, a deep desire to constantly improve your skills and knowledge in this area.
• Experience in team management.
• Deep understanding of advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
• Analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions based on data.
