We are looking for an experienced Solidity Engineer to join our existing engineering team of experienced A-grade developers. You must have experience developing complex smart contracts
related to DeFi (Decentralized Finance) with. Your code will be clean, well-formatted and commented and you will provide accompanying documentation. A strong interest and passion for the potential of DeFi is essential.
We expect you to have a deep desire to learn about new decentralized technology platforms (e.g. Ethereum, Solana, Polkadot, Polygon, Binance Smart Chain, etc.) as needed for any project. 
Together we’ll embark on a mission to power the capital markets of the future - efficient, permissionless and global.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for smart contracts development, security/audit, deployments, upgrades and
• managements
• Working with security team for audits of new contracts and changes
• Manage governance-related efforts including smart contracts developments, governance
• app, and operations
• Work with the governance team to implement new proposals. Communicate with the
• community on related changes and rollout plans
• Making security a top priority and carefully analyzing code changes for potential
• vulnerabilities
• Work with existing teams to further optimise, and debug Smart Contracts
• Work with blockchain team to coordinate releases and changes
• Work with researchers to find optimal solutions to challenging problems

Qualifications:

• Solid demonstrable work (on GitHub or otherwise) with Solidity code - 1 years or more
• First class collaborative ethos and personal attitude
• 2+ years in general software engineering in corporate enterprise
• Strong understanding of best practices in repo management
• Familiar with Test Driven Development process in Solidity
• Passionate about the DeFi/Decentralized Finance space
• Written extensive automated tests for their contracts, and is very familiar with CI tooling
• Experience with Solidity security audits (as an author or recipient)
• Used other DeFi products on mainnet and can demonstrate a solid understanding of how Liquidity Pools works.

Skills:

• Understands EVM architecture, memory, and stack
• Experience deploying/managing smart contracts on Ethereum/EVM chains
• Tenacity to debug the challenging issues for long periods of time. (Trying to make this not sound terrible)
• Passionate about digging into people’s code
• Basic knowledge of solidity security testing tools (eg: Hardhat, Slither, Echinda, Mitrhil, etc…)
• Nice to have experience on Governance/DAO
• Active member of the dev community will be a plus (e.g. experience contributing to EIPs)
• Comfortable working in an Agile environment
• Demonstrated contributions to open source code bases a plus
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; working proficiency in English (written and spoken) to work with team
• Self-motivating, able to assume responsibility and work autonomously in a professional manner
• Willingness to learn new languages, frameworks, and technologies
