• Elicit business needs and requirements, determine the scope, team, and timelines for the project
• Lead the implementation of the solution’s from ideation to completion
• Mentor the development team
• Facilitate development capabilities
• Serve as a top-level escalation point for technical and process concerns

Требования

• 4+ years of experience as a Lead in commercial projects
• Hands-on experience with the .NET development stack
• Strong skills in software design, object-oriented programming (OOP), and design patterns
• Frontend development knowledge (React)
• Knowledge of Ant Design components
• Experience with MS SQL
• Experience with Docker
• Solid understanding of web services and RESTful APIs
• Good understanding of architecture principles, platforms, and best practices
• Experience in teamwork using Scrum
• Spoken English
