- Update and supporting general sourcing and recruitment approach;
- Implementation of new tools, channels, management practice;
- Day by day team management ;
- Vacancies prioritization and planning;
- Individual performance coordination;
- Conducting weekly, monthly reviews;
- Learning and development activities;
- Supporting all processes and standards;
- Supporting Recruitment Internship Program;
- Team Staffing;
- Analytics and reporting.
You will fit if
- At least 2 years of experience in an IT Recruitment lead Role;
- Experience in outsourcing/staffing recruitment;
- Excellent skills in sourcing approaches, tools;
- Always in IT recruitment info field, modern trends;
- High performer in team management;
- High networker is a big plus;
- Client-oriented attitude;
- Positive, highly motivated, and open-minded person;
- Ability to learn fast;
- English Upper-Intermediate and higher
