- 2 years of experience with marketing automation, sales funnel and campaign management (good understanding of the flow and steps for setting up the campaign);
- 1 year of experience in the end-to-end implementation of using marketing automation tools;
- An analytical and logical perspective, with the ability to view a problem from different angles;
- Client-facing and excellent oral and written communication skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Marketo or Salesforce;
- Experience with Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics & Adobe Target;
- The ability to turn a business problem into a technical solution, including technical requirements gathering and solution design;
- Strong awareness of audience knowledge, and the ability to adjust language accordingly.
