Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience as IT Recruiter
  • experience in developing and setting up recruitment processes
  • strong communication skills
  • at least upper-intermediate English is a must
  • be familiar with various recruitment techniques and tools
  • strong PC user experience
  • interest in IT
  • ability to prioritize tasks and to make realistic estimates
  • understanding of broad business and experience in communication with broad clients

Will be a plus:

  • experience as a Lead Recruiter
  • understanding of outsourcing and outstaffing processes

Responsibilities:

  • provide the whole recruitment cycle (from checking the needs to creating a job offer); determine position requirements;
  • search for candidates by using different resources;
  • maintain candidates database;
  • share the information about the company, projects, benefits and opportunities with talents;
  • attract applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites;
  • analyze responses; determine qualifications by interviewing applicants; verify references; compare qualifications to position requirements;
  • arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules;
  • improve company attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitor job offers and compensation practices; emphasize benefits and perks.
