Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as IT Recruiter
- experience in developing and setting up recruitment processes
- strong communication skills
- at least upper-intermediate English is a must
- be familiar with various recruitment techniques and tools
- strong PC user experience
- interest in IT
- ability to prioritize tasks and to make realistic estimates
- understanding of broad business and experience in communication with broad clients
Will be a plus:
- experience as a Lead Recruiter
- understanding of outsourcing and outstaffing processes

Responsibilities:
- provide the whole recruitment cycle (from checking the needs to creating a job offer); determine position requirements;
- search for candidates by using different resources;
- maintain candidates database;
- share the information about the company, projects, benefits and opportunities with talents;
- attract applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites;
- analyze responses; determine qualifications by interviewing applicants; verify references; compare qualifications to position requirements;
- arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules;
- improve company attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitor job offers and compensation practices; emphasize benefits and perks.
