Perfomance Marketing Manager

Our mission is to deliver high value to consumers of digital content and all participants of the native advertising ecosystem.   At this point MGID is looking for Performance Marketing Manager to make Company even stronger and deliver maximum value to organization as a whole!  


  • Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals
  • Launch and optimize various ad campaigns
  • Negotiating ad space and time slots with various media outlets
  • Coordinate the creation of digital content
  • Write attractive and concise copy for adverts
  • Maintain partnerships with ad platforms and vendors
  • Find ways to reduce risk of click fraud
  • Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels
  • Monitor budget, ROI, and KPIs ? Produce reports for management 


  • Ability to speak and write in Russian and English fluently and idiomatically
  • Proven experience as Performance Marketing Manager or similar role (e.g. Media Buyer, PPC Manager);
  • Solid knowledge of popular ad platforms (Google AdWords, Facebook Ads and others)
  • Working knowledge of analytical tools (e.g. Google Analytics, comScore)
  • Experience in website tagging and tracking (e.g. Google Tag Manager)
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and SEO
  • Basic understanding of HTML and XML
  • Analytical thinking with strong math skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills 


  • Proven experience of working for IT products and B2B solutions in the US/EU/Asia markets
  • Experience
