We are looking for Chief Financial Officer
Main responsibilities are: direct all aspects of accounting and finance operations, maintaining accounting policies, processes and systems and ensuring internal controls are properly designed and operating effectively

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all financial operations & planning
• Monitor and execute the implementation of strategic business plans to achieve financial objectives
• Develop short-term and long-range planning, forecasting and budget development to support company goals.
• Lead and develop the finance and accounting teams by establishing key performance indicators while providing mentorship, motivation, direction and on-going feedback
• Lead and direct the financial analysis, commentary, and presentation materials for the CEO
• Control and evaluate the organization’s possible fundraising plans and capital structure
• Perform risk management by analyzing liabilities and investments
• Generate new financial models to analyze future projects, business processes, and manage/mitigate risk.
• A member of the company’s leadership team
• Responsible for financial reporting to the Supervisory Board 
• Manage investment strategies by considering risk factors
• Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies
• Manage outside audit and legal relationships.
• Identify market opportunities and help provide direction for strategic growth (long-term & short-term)
• Work cross-functionally on strategic initiatives and projects.

Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant or similar level of national certification
• 3+ experience as CFO, finance officer, or relevant role, in an international Mid. size high- tech company is a definite advantage
• Familiar with multi national tax structures
• Experience with a VC backed companies is an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
