Must have:

• Understanding of MySQL
• Basic understanding of how abuse systems work, abuse formats etc.
• Experience with MS office suite
• Should be used to doing RCA and propose/implement solutions
• Experience with identifying and tracking KPIs
• Basic understanding of VPN and various VPN protocols (SSH, IPSec, openvpn)
• Basic understanding of DNS, HTTP, HTTPS protocols
• Should be able to multi-task and prioritize
• Intermediate level of English
