Must have:

• 4+ years of experience in Web development (good experience with JavaScript)
• Solid markup experience, including work with responsive websites or applications (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
• 2+ at Tech Lead or Team Lead Architect position (at least 3 persons)
• OOP concepts: excellent knowledge; effective usage; abstract models creation best practices knowledge; reusable code writing
• Ability to communicate with the Client directly

Great pluses:

• Experience of working with Enterprise CMS (e.g. AEM, SiteCore)
• JSP/JSTL experience
• Bug/Project tracking systems knowledge (JIRA)
• Experience working with Agile

Main Responsibilities:

• Ability to improve development process in the team: setup code review, GIT branching models, tech design
• Team mentoring
• Development of AEM component for ringcentral.com
