Job and work experience requirements:

• Bachelors in Business Administration or Computer Science or equivalent work experience; Formal education in accounting/finance is desired.
• 2 projects where you have lead the delivery of the project deliverables.
• SAP configuration and implementation experience in either SAP MM using S/4 HANA is a must-have
• Finance integration experience with at least one of SD or MM.
• Configuration of OPENTEX VIM solution --- must have
• At least 5-8 years of experience combining analysis, design, configuration, and implementation of large-scale SAP implementations.
• 2 full implementation life cycles either as a functional consultant, preferably including International/VAT deployments.
• Worked with Agile methodology using JIRA or ADO
• Proficiency in SAP condition technique, pricing, and IMG configuration required.
• Strong analytical and design skills.
• Extensive, hands-on application configuration and design experience.
• Previous work with SAP tax interface highly desired (SAP Tax Service, SAP US/CA Sales & Use Tax RFC-based connector, Global Next).
• Previous work experience within a software company a plus

Special skills and knowledge requirements:

• Prior implementation and support experience using Global Next connector – advantageous
• Exposure to tax jurisdiction codes (TJCs) for US/Canada ----good to have
• Understanding/experience with US Sales/ Use Tax and VAT/ GST – advantageous
• Ability to read and interpret ABAP code a strong plus.
• Implementation and support for IS-OIL and Tariffs, Duties and Permits (IS-OIL-DS-TDP) - advantageous
